BERMEO´S LIFESTYLE
Bermeo is one of the most important fishing villages in the Basque Country. The majority of its population depend on Fishing activity. Bermeo has a lively harbour where fishing boats unload different kind of fresh fish like hakes,anchovies,tunas and red sea breams.
Women in Bermeo spend their time mending the nets in the typical fishing markets where fish price is put out to tender.The image of sailors and the terraces crowded with people eating ´´pintxos´´is usual in this beautiful village.
This experience is based on taking a total immersion in the lively and marine Bermeo´s atmosphere.
